Sautée veg, add butter, add flour, cook a bit. Add broth and seasonings. Simmer for a while, at least 30 minutes but up to 4 hours.

It's literally so good I just keep making it. My house smells like heaven. If you want to get fancy you can drop some potatoes in for the last hour, or tortellini for 10 minutes. Or, my favorite, drop a scoop of stuffing into your bowl when you serve it.

Looks amazing. Recipe sounds almost like chicken noodle soup, except it’s naked.

How many Olympic sized swimming pools of soup have you made so far?

I enjoy a good soup with sautéed onions instead of caramelized sometimes. The flavor can be so different depending how it is prepared

Alright so just like. Don’t make soup. It’s actually really easy to not make soup. Believe it or not there’s more effort involved in making soup. Its gonna be okay. You CAN stop making the soup I assure you.
